Thanks Olly. Apologies for saying Kona when I meant Kuna!! LOL.
Hello

So far we have 15 people on this holiday. We haven't appointed a tour manager yet but I should be able to tell you if you write again in March.

By all means, let us know if you have a request. I can't promise that it will be done but we will pass on your preferences to the hotel and I'm sure they will help if the rooms are available.

As for the currency, you will find it very easy to buy Croatian kuna before you go. Croatia was the 10th most popular destination for British tourists in 2011, so the banks should be well stocked. Failing that, you'll certainly get it at the airport. The exchange rate is currently £1=9 kuna.

Kind regards

Olly, your editor

Hi again Olly. Thanks for your clarification re flight times for Zagreb for the Croatia trip on 1st May. Happy to say that I have been able to book into my usual b and b at Gatwick, as it is such an early morning flight.

So a few more questions.

Has the Tour Manager for this holiday been appointed yet please, and will they be joining us at Gatwick or Zagreb?

How many have you got booked for the 1st May so far?

I have not booked a sea view room as I know that the hotel only has 3 floors and is surrounded by pine trees (it's a beautiful setting!), but if I get back in touch with Customer Service is it possible to ask for a 3rd floor room?

Most importantly. The currency. I have not used Kona before, and wonder how difficult it is to obtain in this country? Would I have to go to one of the big exchanges to get it do you think? I was also wondering if it is possible to change money in the hotel?

Wanted to say that those going (or trying to decide) are in for a treat. Rabac is a lovely little place, crystal clear water, but remember to pack beach shoes, its very pebbly or rocky!
