You will be reunited with your luggage at the airport in Beijing for the flight to Xian.

A colleague who works on our China tours tells me she wouldn't recommend using a plastic bag but you can leave things at the hotel - there is a charge of around £5 per person.

I have been advised to take an overnight bag on this holiday for use on the two night trip to Chengde. Also been advised that if you take a suitable plastic bag you can leave some of your clothes at the hotel in Beijing as we return there for the final night. As we travel direct from Chengde to Beijing airport for the trip to Xian, when do we see our suitcases again?
