I've just heard back from the hotel.

There are no kettles or ironing boards in rooms but you can get hot water from reception and ironing facilities are available at the hotel.

I am going on the Heart of Alpine tour on 5/10/11, are there any ironing facilities in the hotel ?

Also i have seen conflicting information re kettles, is there one in the room?
