I too prefer to book on line and think David's suggestion is excellent. To be able to redeem the Tour Manager Discount (or whatever it is called) would also be a good idea.

I've just booked my 2nd holiday this year with Just You.

The first one was brilliant !

I find it easy & convenient to book online.

However each time I've had to follow up the booking by completing a form giving emergency contact details & then also asking for vegetarian meals at the hotel & in flight if applicable.

To make life easier would it not be possible

to request the contact details as part of the booking proceedure & also have a section for any dietary requiements etc.
