We don't usually appoint tour managers until a few months before departure so I'm not able to give you a definite answer yet.

However, I can tell you that you will probably be met by an airport rep in Manchester, then meet your tour manager in the executive lounge at Heathrow. But this will depend on who the tour manager is, as they might live in Manchester or be based in the Far East!
