The flight from the UK is scheduled to arrive at around 7pm so I would expect the group will be checking in at the hotel at about 8.30 / 9pm.

Your tour manager will be Paul McCarthy so you could leave a note with reception at the hotel, letting Paul know where you are.

I am travelling to San Francisco on 2nd October. I will be joining the 'America's Golden West' tour on 4th October. I will be staying at the same hotel as the tour. Could you tell me an approximate time the other travellers will be arriving and how will I make contact with the tour manager?
