Hello Olly, I have been unable to get through to customer services by phone and JY have not replied to my email I sent last Monday, other than confirmation that the email had been received. My Dr's tell me that You need to take Malaria tablets if you are travelling to the Chiang Saen area of Thailand. What is JY's advice regarding this please?
