Thanks for your message. You will be a served a late dinner on the evening you arrive and the Welcome Dinner with Cocktail is served on Day 2 - so you won't miss the welcome meeting.

I am on this trip travelling from Heathrow on 4th May and am also wondering about dinner on the first night as the flight doesn't arrive until about 8pm? This is my first solo trip so am a bit worried about joining after the welcome meeting and dinner is finished. Can you tell me how this works for people arriving late?
