I am a bit confused, I had booked Oberammergau for June 3rd, and was contacted by one of JustYou’s advisers and told that it has been postponed to 2022, and that if I was happy to wait until the new dates, I would be on the list for the new dates.
A couple of days ago, I received an email from JustYou asking if I wanted to change dates, a credit note or a refund. As no new dates have been announced as yet, does this mean I will be refunded, and have to rebook when the new dates are confirmed. At present, any holidays in the second half of 2021 are not guaranteed departures
I have another two trips booked with JustYou, Canada and New England in the Fall in October, which I am due to pay the balance in July and Palm Springs in May 2021.
