Unfortunately our mailing house has been experiencing technical issues which has resulted in a delay in our Welcome Home letters being sent out. 

This issue has affected tours returning from the end of June 2019 until now. 

We would like to apologise to everyone who has not received their letter yet. We have been advised that letters will start to be sent out again by the end of this week.
