On previous holidays I have always been told by JY that on line check in is not available due to it being a group booking.  It was only by luck that I found out that I could check in on line for my recent holiday.  It would be really helpful if this was made clear in the final documentation.
FYI was able to use the booking reference given in the holiday documentation and have today checked in online for tomorrow's flight.

My suggestion would be to speak to the Holiday Advisors at Just You and ask them to put a request in, although this cannot be guaranteed.
