I was away with JY this time last year, just before Covid all really hit big time, and everything changed overnight.

I still have my money off voucher from my welcome home letter/questionnaire, which for reasons I'm sure I don't need to explain, hasn't been used in conjunction with a new booking. This expires in a few days time. I'm wondering if the 12 month deadline from returning home to use it can be extended?
