We have sent emails out to all our database, so unfortunately it sounds like it's gone astray. We've also posted on our social media, plus customers on tour now are being invited to vote - so hopefully we've got it covered!

We have unfortunately had technical issues with our mailing house, which are now resolved but there has been a backlog for which I apologise. We are changing our mailing house so this should not be an issue in future.

I'm really glad to hear you had a great trip with us, and I will certainly pass on your praise of Marsha - thank you.

Hi I received an email yesterday asking me to vote for the Travel Awards. There is no link to voting?

Also I am still waiting for my feedback form. I returned from holiday early July, I have e-mailed you, called the office. I guess I will give up, I thought you valued customers feedback, but I was obviously wrong.

This has left me wondering about Justyou. I had a brilliant holiday, our tour guide was Marsha, I wanted to sing her praises, sadly it's not an opportunity that's open to me. I have had the usual response, computer glitch, its on the way, problems with another agency, I was asked to email my comments, I have done that before, no response, just a waste of time.
