I have read in the news, see link below, that there is flight disruption planned for 13 Sept and following days. Your Great Eastern USA tour is due to depart that day, have you had any information from Heathrow or Virgin Atlantic regarding this and if any contingency plans are in operation. I know it’s a hard question to answer at the moment, but I’m sure people on this tour will be concerned as it’s only one week to go.
