You are going to see some truly stunning lakes on the Icefield Parkway. My favourites were Moraine and Bow which personally I would rate higher than Louise. Pyramid and Patricia are also quite special, particularly if you are lucky to get there first thing in the morning when there is an ethereal mist hovering over them. Quite beautiful - take loads of memory cards ;)

Not long now - have an amazing time. I am very jealous and really want to go back one day. (Tip: The seafood chowder in the bar at the Fairmont at Lake Louise is awesome!)

Yep, you will visit the Emerald Lake on Day 3 as part of your sightseeing 🙂

I see on FB the winner of the June TS photo competition was a picture of Emerald Lake in Yoho NP, near Lake Louise.  The winner stated it is a "must see" for anyone visiting Canada so I'm wondering do we visit it on this tour?
