I never did receive my brochure, feedback form or money off, despite several requests, promises from admin. I also emailed separately no joy. Not sure why this is constantly a problem? I have today requested a brochure, last chance. Really annoying as I travelled to Croatia last May 2018, the deadline to use the voucher has passed.

Sorry for the delay - we are currently experiencing technical issues with the systems that send out questionnaires. We are hoping to have this fixed and all those backlogged by the start of next week.
