Hi Sue,

Sorry to hear that you didn't receive a brochure in the post as usual. You may be aware that due to a technical glitch, some customers didn't receive a brochure, or they only received one of them. We sent out brochures to everyone who didn't receive one that we were aware of, but thank you for ordering yours online and apologies for the inconvenience.

The Festive brochure will be sent to all customers on our mailing list, so you should receive this as usual.

We do send brochures automatically, so please don't worry about having to order them - they will arrive on your doorstep 🙂

I cannot understand why I have not been sent any brochures this year as I have travelled with Justyou 12 times over the years. :s 

I was not sent any this year and requested the European one on line and it came

Do you NOT send them out automatically now ?????

Do I have to order them ?

What would be the case if I didnt have a computer to order one??????

I dont want to miss out on the Xmas brochure as would like to go Worldwide

I know brochures cost a lot of money to produce but as a regular customer I am sure that it would be in your interest to send them to me
