I’d also concur with Gill’s remark about receiving brochures from JY competitors, which have arrived in an extremely timely manner.

After booking over 35 holidays with you over the last 8 years I thought I would automatically receive the brochures.  No luck.  So I filled in the online request for Europe and Worldwide.

Well only the Europe one was delivered so I filled in yet another online request for Worldwide over 7 days ago.  Still waiting.......

On the same day I requested both brochures from TS as I had taken 2 long hauls last year with them. Again still waiting.....

Really disappointed.  On a positive note though I am enjoying receiving the brochures almost within 48 hours from your rival companies.
