I went on the Festive Bucharest & Enchanting Transylvania holiday for Christmas, along with 30 other travellers.

Our TM said we should complete the questionnaire that JY send us about the holiday.  As there were several issues that JY need to address if they want to offer this holiday next Christmas, can you confirm that we will get the opportunity to complete the said questionnaire?

It would be nice if you felt able to share these several issues with the forum as we obviously don't get to see the questionaire you return. This may be the difference between booking or not and JY may explain to us the resolutions to these issues.

Yes, absolutely. You should receive the questionnaire in the post along with a welcome home letter from us, so you can let us know your feedback.
