I'd recommend tagging your suitcase and backpack/hand luggage.

Using thse will hep the Tour Manager (and your fellow travellers) spot you at the airport.

Here's hoping the Tour Manager has a bunch of spare tags then. I only received two in the post, and will be travelling with one check-in suitcase, one hand-carry case, and my small backpack.
