We're aware that there is an issue with the phone system and we've escalated this to our telephony provider to resolve as soon as possible.

I have tried over three days now to speak to an “advisor “ with no success.  The voiceover on new telephone menu is very faint, to the point of being inaudible, and each time it has taken me over two minutes to reach the service I need only to be told all advisors are busy. Can you please pass this on to someone who can at least turn up the volume on the voiceover. If I had beeen trying to make a new booking rather than query an existing one, I would be very tempted to look elsewhere.
