We sent your travel wallet to you on September 5th, second class post. Unfortunately it sounds like it has got lost in the post, so we've sent another wallet and luggage labels out to you today.

Probably worrying unnecessarily - I'm going to Costa de la Luz on 25th Sept (only 2 weeks to go) - do you know if the travel wallets have been sent out yet?  I've got the final documentation via email but just wondered when I'll receive my travel wallet.
