A correction to my previous post, you can use your Travelsphere discount voucher for a Just You holiday and this also works vice versa.

I am investigating why you did not get a discount voucher, did you book the holiday through a travel agent? If you did then we are unable to send you the voucher and feedback form due to not having permission to contact you. If you can send me via email (community@justyou.co.uk) your booking reference, tour name and date we can sort this out for you.

Having just returned from a TS holiday and received my discount voucher for another holiday, can I only use this voucher for TS or can it be used for JY as they are sister companies?
