I have noticed that there is the odd post about a request not being replied to. Is there anywhere we can check that a thread/reply is waiting moderation prior to being posted. I have checked my CP but that only shows posts that have been moderated and posted. Sometimes we ask a question that you need to check out with say the holiday team etc which by definition may take time and we are left in limbo wondering if you (a) have received the message and (b) are you getting something verified. Thanks for your time just thinking out loud really.
