You are lucky to be able to see your spam. I and many others who use BT Yahoo Mail have found that the spam file is always empty so can no longer check if anything has gone in there in error. We can't get a satisfactory explanation from BT Support.

When searching for something, I found the Spam folder. Three photos from my brother and 3 invoices from Just You. Payment from my sister for the Douro Cruise, statement to give me the date of my payment , then the payment from me. Who knew they were there? Dread to think what else I have missed since getting a new phone last November? It keeps all Spam for 30 days then gets rid of it :s
