As you booked your Just You holiday through a Travel Agent we do not have access to your customer details and so you would not receive a welcome home letter. However you are still eligible to take advantage of the Guaranteed Loyalty Benefit. Next time you book a holiday please make sure that your travel agent calls Just You and give your details to our sales adviser and then the discount can be applied, as long as it is within the time limits specified in the T&Cs on the website and in the new brochure.
I will look in to why you have not received the latest brochure from us and will get back to you as soon as possible.

I thought the muddy water was beginning to clear on this voucher discount offer but with the recent replies I'm not so sure. I never received a 'Welcome home letter' after my Discover Sicily trip in May 2017. I assumed (wrongly) that I had to request a form from you to comment on my trip. I have a Highlights of Tuscany trip booked for 10th May 2018 and have just logged in on the Justyou Site and am being informed that you have no holiday in the system. I always book through a local Travel Agent who always takes care of the other things associated with the holiday (transport to overnight Hotel/Airport) etc. At 70 one less thing to worry about. Do I assume that the Travel Agent is therefore the client and I consequently would not receive the offer anyway.
I could have read the small print in the latest Brochure but having applied to have one posted at least 2 weeks ago I have still not received it.
