I really hope Patti agrees to be your guide in Santiago - please do let me know.  She has had some health issues, including a vocal problem so is sadly giving up guiding very soon.  She is going to be training local guides in the future, so her distinctive influence will not be lost.  If you are lucky enough to have her, please do let me know!

In his excellent recent review of the Chile/Easter Island Tour, Bob Gray mentioned a super local guide in Santiago called Patti. I wonder if one of your customer services team could put me in touch with her or give me her e-mail so that I can contact her directly?

I have a two night stopover in Santiago on my way back from Easter Island in mid-January and I'd very much like to see more of the city in the company of a recommended and trusted local guide.
