I have never used a Travel Agent to book my Just You holidays. I book them all via telephone as not too keen on booking online. Enjoy the Douro River trip when it comes.

Thank you Julia. It told me flight details and different prices for all the excursions which I needed to know. Shall always book in future with the actual Tour Companies instead of a Travel Agency. Shall be booking the Douro River trip shortly.

Hi Jan,

I'm so sorry to hear that your documentation was held up with Hays. I have spoken with our team who look after the Travel Agents and asked them pick this up and ensure it doesn't happen in the future.

I can relate to this problem. I highlighted on a Feefo questionaire on my return from New Zealand to Hays Travel who were sent an 8 page documentation from Just You addressed to me back in July. I only got it in October when I asked when I was supposed to receive my tickets and saw it on the computer as she showed me 😠 

Hays rang me this morning as my review looks bad on their web site and apologised. Not good enough as it explained everything I wanted to know !!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you appear not to have received any documentation with regard to your upcoming holiday.

We’ve checked the system and can confirm that an email was dispatched when you booked – sadly, we are aware that these emails sometimes get caught up in email junk folders.

To make sure that you have a copy of your confirmation, my colleagues have arranged to send you a copy by post.

I have booked to go away at Christmas, payment came out of my account on 15th October. Since then I have heard nothing, not even a confirmation of the booking. As the holiday is fully booked even the travel details have disappeared from the website. When can I expect to receive more details?
