Can I just ask what the policy is for not posting comments on here please ?

The reason I ask is that I have tried to add a post on a review thread (walking in Tuscany) and holiday questionnaire thread. Neither were rude or offensive- they may not of been to JY liking because I was making a complaint on one but on the other I was only responding to another users comment to me ,
