cracking idea, fill it in as you go. especially the bit about the hotels when you can never remember one from thee other time you get home and you could always save a copy at home incase you lose it, make mistakes or want to make changes

I've received two questionnaires too!  What a good suggestion of yours re send it with the final docs.  I previously suggested to JY that it might be helpful if we received the Q before travelling....

Online questionnaire would be so much easier all round I would think in this day and age of technology.....

I agree with Kezzer in that I too would not stop using a Company just because I did not get a feedback questionnaire. I have travelled a lot before starting to use Just You and never once I received a feedback questionnaire so it really does not bother me whether or not I receive one for Just You holiday. You can always send a letter to Customer Services detailing any feedback you have.

PS I've just had time to have a very quick look at the new Travelsphere brochure - I love the new design, the layout and photography are excellent and it is printed on quality, glossy paper.  The guaranteed departures are a very welcome innovation and I see that some additional (currently non-guaranteed) departures are also available on the website.  A huge improvement and I hope JY follow suit in all respects for the next brochure!

Just to say the Inspirations magazine and TS brochure have finally arrived - but still no holiday questionnaire!  After five weeks, there is really no point at this stage, so please don't bother ordering another one.  As I posted a very positive review of my lovely holiday to Crete, I think JY have all the feedback they need.  If I hadn't been happy with the holiday, it would have been another story however!  There must still be some problem in issuing the questionnaires......

In years past I have received a questionnaire, sometimes it's on the door mat when I arrive home other times it's

a couple of days or a week, but if it doesn't come at all I wouldn't worry, it's up to JY if they bother to send a

questionnaire or not. I all ways fill them in and I would be happy to do it online.
