Im taking my own hat and boots but will ride in jeans instead of jodhpurs. I asked the ranch through their Facebook page about credit cards which they do accept and they said about adding things to your bill and settling at the end not sure how that will work for us as we wont be paying at the end but one of the reviews on this page said about paying your bar bill at the end of the stay.

Just over a week to go I can't wait.

I sent the ranch a Facebook message to ask if they take credit cards. They've replied they do and also that items can be added to your bill to pay at end of the week at checkout. I'm not sure how that'll work as we've already paid but one of the reviews on here said you were able to settle your drink bill at end of the week.

Anyway, to summarise what I said, Hi, it's nice to meet somebody else going on this trip, you're the only other person I've seen on this forum.

You can check in online, I asked this on this forum already.

If you don't meet people whilst checking in (when I went to NYC there was a rep to help us do this) then you should meet people in the lounge, have your travel label on your hand luggage and people can find you.

I am taking a pre-paid credit card, I think the only expenses we'll have are gift shop, bar, lessons, massage if you want it and tips.  The ranch has it's own website which is really useful to check out.

See you there in a couple of weeks (sorry if two posts as pc crashed and this is a quick summary of what I said previously).

Is there a meet up place for folks travelling to Arizona at Heathrow after check in?

I will look at BA's website to see if I can check in online - any advice?

And can all purchases at the ranch be paid for at the end of the week by credit card as I have no idea of costs?
