Yes we are aware of Resort Fee’s but we do not have a situation with any of the hotels we partner with charging this directly to our customers.

I have just watched BBC's Rip Off Britain: Holidays, one of the topics was 'resort fees' in

America which are charged at the end of your stay and can be up to $39 per day.

According to the programme these fees are in small print on travel agents web sites/brochures

and not part of the holiday price but added on when you check-out.

I wondered if JY was aware of this or any JY customers has had any experience of theses fees?
