My colleague in our aviation team has advised that the luggage restrictions/allowances is the same for both flights. This should be confirmed in your final documents.

I am looking forward to going on the Sun and Safari holiday in September ... it looks as if as well as the long haul flight to South Africa, there is an internal flight.  Are the luggage restrictions/allowances the same for both flights?
