I wonder if you, or someone else, can help with this please?
I was in the process of booking online. When I got to the payment section I realised that there had been nowhere to request:
local to LHR flights
an aisle seat
add airline loyalty card number e.g. Avios
request walk in shower
request a room with balcony/sea view etc.
All of these options are available with at least one other company.
Whether or not the opportunity would have arisen after I had paid I do not know, because at that point I pulled out of the booking.
Does this appear after payment has been made or do I have to telephone? Incidentally I was offered the opportunity of a call back when I got to the top of the queue two days ago. I am still waiting. Hence my reluctance to telephone again.
