I had no problems flying air China,  albeit in business class. The crew, although with varying levels of English,  were attentive and helpful. Service was prompt and efficient. True, the food choices were set  menus either western or Chinese,  but the western   dishes I was offered  were well cooked and presented.  The only complaint I heard from my fellow travellers in economy was the lack of an amenity kit. If this is still the case, bring your own.  Based on my recent  experiences of BA, I would say  Air  China is no  worse

hi there i've just got back from china

You will not be able to electronic devices on air china the. seatback screen entertainment system is limited and the food is poor so stuff yourself in the lounge

the cabin staff do not speak much english and the passenger announcements can be gibberish as for the plane,it'll be a newish one. the pilots are excellent, also be prepared by flight delays on internal flights

Good Morning Anita,

What tour are you referring to exactly?

Kind Regards,

Mildred

I just have a quick question about China Airways - I have seen some really bad reviews about their customer service and just wanted to know if that was the only option we have for travelling there and back.

Thanks

Anita
