Hi Julia, I'm trying to decide between the Bordeaux River Cruise and the Venetian one.  When I pressed book now on the French river cruise and added my first name, the total cost increased by £100 for some reason.  Can you clarify please.  Also, are there many people booked on this cruise yet and is there a spread of ages?  This will be my first holiday on my own since my husband died last year and having plucked up courage to book, I would not want to book something and then for it not to go ahead because of insufficient numbers.

On my system the price is still £1409 so I am not sure what is going on. We are currently investigating this matter.

Just to confirm- the price is indeed £1409.

On the tour, there are currently 11 travelers booked on this tour and I am happy to tell you that it has been given the go ahead. The age ranges from late-50s to early-80s.

Thank you for your reply Mildred.  I've decided to book this river cruise but having tried again this evening, the total price still shows as £1509 once I start the booking process, so I will phone tomorrow.
