I've looked at the departure board a couple of times in the last 2 weeks and notice that it is only rarely updated. Also I am going on trip to Antarctica departing next Wednesday 15th February and this does not appear on the board. Why?

What is the point of having this board if it is not kept up to date and has such inaccuracies?
