On a different note.....any help please on the electricity plug situation.  Lonely Planet say it is 230V/50Hz other places say get a Universal adapter with surge protection type C,D,F & G, same as UK, I am a bit confused now.  Please would anyone be able to clarify for me.  Thank You :-)

Happy to help with any queries.  Yes there are pharmacies and I am sure the local guide will help you with anything you need.  However if it is something you know you are likely to need I would advise taking it with you as then you will know it is the right preparation.  I always carry a mini pharmacy with me when I travel!!!

I hate tot ell you Valerie but if your itinerary is similar to ours 6.00 am is a lie in!!!

Well, 06.00 starts are ok, but to catch a flight that departs at 06.00??  Fingers crossed the airport is quite close.  By the way, Jonah,  are there Pharmacies or something akin in the cities?
