Am very disappointed about how few holidays go from Manchester. For some of the holidays I am interested in, every single date offered is from Heathrow ! I'm not prepared to take additional time off work and pay for travel to Heathrow with an overnight stay when I live close to Manchester airport! Come on JY get yourself organized, we don't all live in the south!

Good Afternoon Rose,

There are multiple reasons as to why a lot of travellers don't receive brochures from us.

Usually when you order a brochure online there is the Data Protection Box that you might have ticked that means we shouldn't send you a brochure.

If you call us to order a brochure, we will send you one but you would have to request to receive all the new brochures when they come out.

When a postal mailing gets returned to us, the person usually get taken off the mailing list.

Also when travellers use the coupons from magazines- they might tick the data protection box which automatically opts them out from receiving brochures.

You should have received the new brochure with the 2017 tour dates on them but it seems as if you've ticked the 'Do Not Mail' option at some point which is why you haven't received a brochure yet.

I have ordered one for you already but you will need to notify us if you want us to un-tick the 'Do Not Mail' option because we cannot send you brochures without your authorization.
