Would you please confirm the book in reference for the flight as on line check in opens next Saturday and final documents will not arrive for several weeks yet.

I did ask in an earlier thread if this info could be provided earlier by e-mail - any progress on this?

Also would you confirm final numbers, age/gender split and who the TM is please.
