If you can let me know your contact details (email me at jmorton@justyou.co.uk) I can have a look into it for you, see if there is anything on your customer record and make sure you are on future mailings.
One thing we are finding is that if at any point you have requested a brochure online or booked a holiday via the website and ticked the box to opt out of mailings, you won't receive any brochures or mailings from us.

I was interested to see on another post that the latest brochure went out in May, as I don't think I received that. In fact, I never seem to get brochures unless I request them. What's the secret ?
