Hi Monty,

At the end of April beginnning of May I changed a booking from Catalonia to Teasures of Andalucia departing 8th September 2016 to date I still have not received any confirmation regarding this booking. I have no knowledge of when the final payment is due , flight times  etc. and until I have this information I cannot take out any travel inusurance.

I have had contact with Julia who was trying to sort it out with your sales department and I have also emailed on the Contact Us site all to no avail.

Please woud you follow this up for me and try and get someone to send me some confirmation as soon as possible.
