We can't get hold of him either by phone or email I am afraid. We have tried to contact him a few times over the past couple of weeks, but we have had no luck. As I am sure you can understand, we can't share his contact details to you without his permission - which is a real shame.

I have done some digging this morning and dropped him an email asking if he would be happy to swap email address. Unfortunately it bounced back so someone in our Customer Care should be contacting him shortly so you can swap details.
I will keep you updated if I hear anymore and if you could let me know if you are contacted by Geoff within the next week or so, that would be really helpful.
