At the beginning of last week I rang JY to change a booking I had made from Escape Catalonian Coast on 6th September to Treasure of Andalucia on the 8th September. To date I have not had confirmation of this new booking nor, as I have realised, was I given a booking reference. I have tried phoning the office at various times of the day but seem to be constantly in a queue.

Would you be able to chase this up for me.
