I understand that you are now on your trip and spending your day in Montenegro - I hope you are having a wonderful time despite the hotel change. I trust that one our customer service guys managed to get through to you on Friday evening as we rang a few times but kept missing you.

I'm booked on the Croatia tour departing this Sunday, I have had missed calls today from Just You asking me to ring you, I was at work and missed the calls. I have tried 3 times to get through to you, even choosing option 1 for a ring back. Please could someone ring me urgently if there is a problem with this holiday. I am not happy about having to pay to sit on the phone if nobody is going to answer it.
