The airport rep should be hovering around the check-in desk at Birmingham Airport. Keep your eyes peeled for the Just You logo.

There should be a rep at every UK airport, however sometimes they may get caught up with something else. It is a shame to hear that you didn't meet the rep on your trip to Costa de la Luz, please accept our apologies.

Can you tell me where the rep will be at Bham airport as when I went to Costa de Luz last year none of the 7 people traveling could find him/her ?

There are 29 travellers booked on this date, which only leaves one space remaining. There are 8 people flying from Birmingham and there is a rep at all of the airports we depart from - even if there is only one person.

In regards to the currency, Switzerland do not take Euros so you will need to take Swiss Franc (CHF) for when you visit Switzerland.

How many are booked on this trip for June 2016. How many are traveling from Birmingham airport and will there be a rep to meet us ? What is the currency? Do I need to have seperate currency for Switzerland? Otherwise really looking forward to the holiday.
