Just a quick thank you to the lady I spoke to today in the office as I have a loved one on the Cyprus tour getting home today, due to the problem in Cyprus I rang the office. They were very helpful and gave me up to date information, and took my details and gave me the duty office number to call if needed.

So I hope they all get back safe and sound if a little!! Late..
