There are 35 travellers on this trip to New York City on 15th April. That is correct, the Scottish groups will be flying in to Newark and the Manchester and London group will be flying in to JFK.

There are 27 people flying from Heathrow, four from Manchester, one from Edinburgh and three from Glasgow.

If there are any delays we will organise your transfer to fit around the flight times - you won't need to worry about a thing.

Are you able to reveal the numbers travelling from the various airports for the New York City break on April 2016?

I think the planes from the Scottish airports will be arriving at Newark, and the Manchester and Heathrow flights arrive at JFK.

Will we get instructions where the meeting point will be for pickup to the hotel in the event of any delays?
