Inspecting my travel docs for my trip leaving Monday from Manchester I discovered I had been sent a lounge pass for Heathrow. I spoke to somebody at your call centre earlier today who said she would arrange for the correct pass to be emailed to me.

Can you possibly chase this up as I will need to print it out which I do at the local library and it is closed over the weekend so I only have Friday to get it done.
