Looking at our system, you both should have received your own set of paperwork. However, because you booked together there is no possibility to get the paperwork with just your name. I hope that makes sense?

Last year I booked this holiday online for myself and another JY-er as the office was closed and asked that our booking be managed individually and was assured that this would be the case. However all through I have received paperwork for both of us and we kept chasing for separate copies. The final paperwork, you guessed it, came through to me and my friend phoned JY and got her paperwork sent which she advised me did not have my name on it. I contacted Customer Services last Thursday evening to ask for new paperwork for myself but have so far not received anything. Obviously I am concerned that as we are not travelling to the airport together that my being in possession of what is essentially her ticket does not cause any problems. Can you advise urgently please - thanks.
